The Lost Bread is finally at SM Dasmarinas! According to their Facebook Page, it was founded last March 15, 2015. They are the first dessert concept in the Philippines specializing in soft-serve ice cream, milkshakes and french toasts.
The Lost Bread Menu
Where’s the bread? LOL! If you’re not a fan of crafting your own soft-serve ice cream, you can try their not so secret menu. The flavors include Strawberry Tropical Crunch, Chocolate Breakfast Club, Summer Camp S’mores, and Choco Caramel Movie.
Besides the soft-serve ice cream, The Lost Bread also offers French Toast Cubes, Sorbe-toasts, and Milkshakes!
The Lost Bread Experience
I like that we can watch how the desserts are being prepared. As customers, sanitation is really one of the things we must consider before buying food.
This is not for indecisive people. There are so many toppings to choose from. You better think fast, especially if the line is long.
They use injections as containers for the drizzles. They have caramel, strawberry, and chocolate drizzles.
Their grand opening caught my attention so I and my sister tried it. We tried the Strawberry Tropical Crunch. It comes with Fruit Loops Cereal and Strawberry Syrup.
Try it on a weekend!
I first tried it last May 25 and then went back last weekend. I availed their Buy 1 Get 1 Free Promo.
As of today, The Lost Bread has 11 branches. They have a branch at SM Megamall, StrEAT, Glorietta 4, Ayala Cloverleaf, SM Sta Mesa, SM East Ortigas, Festival Mall,-Robinsons Galleria, Southwoods Mall, SM Fairview, and SM Dasmarinas.
In SM Dasmarinas, you can find there counter on the Lower Ground Floor. It’s in front of Primadonna, and across PCBS.
Comments/Suggestions/Recommendations:
Although I love the soft-serve ice creams, I am quite concerned with the amount of plastic they use. To achieve the smoking effect, they use two cups to have a storage for the dry ice. I hope they can recycle them or maybe use a not disposable cup for dine in customers. I actually kept the spoons because they are reusable. For the injections, I hope they can have a special trash bins so they will be disposed properly.
