We began with buchi, steamed cuapao, hacao, and pork and shrimp siomai. Ordering several kinds of dim sum is an easy way to start a family-style meal because everyone can sample something different while waiting for the main dishes.
The steamed cuapao can also be enjoyed with the Emperor Pork Belly. Simply place the pork inside the soft bun to create a filling bite that combines two items from the menu.
