Single Origin Osteria is one of the best places to dine in Molito, Alabang. They serve mouthwatering pizza, pasta, and wine! Single Origin Osteria is the first restaurant I visited this year. To be honest, I’m still quite hesitant to go out because of the rising number of COVID-19 cases. Yes, it’s already 2022 and we’re still under this never-ending pandemic. But anyway, I’m glad that they follow the safety protocols and their branch at Molito Lifestyle Center is not crowded.
I only tried two meals: the Classic Italian Pizza and the Wild Mushroom Ragout. They totally satisfied me!

Classic Italian Pizza
The Classic Italian Pizza is actually flavorful. You’ll taste the different flavors of passata, arugula, basil, bacon strips, ricotta, and mozzarella.
Wild Mushroom Ragout
Besides the interesting plating, the Wild Mushroom Ragout has also a delightful taste. You gotta watch my TikTok video to see how to eat this. LOL! It has Pasta Fresca, wild mushroom ragout, prosciutto, frico and chilli flakes.

Well, this cocktail won’t disappoint you! I’d love to have more of this!
Single Origin serves waffles, pancakes, french toast, sandwiches, and brunch plates. They also have special plates, small things, and boards like truffle fries and sausage platters.
If you want something heavy, they also have soup, pasta, salads, and pizza.
They have variety of wines from different countries.
Not a fan of wine? They also have coffee and tea selection.
Most people go there in the evening to have some cocktails.
Single Origin Osteria is located at Molito Commercial Complex in Alabang. The ambience is really classy. It’s a great place for dates!

I’d totally visit this place again. Firstly, the gourmet food taste great and has a generous serving. Secondly, the staff are courteous and accommodating. Lastly, the atmosphere is elegant and relaxing.

I like the design of this restaurant. Those rustic lounge looks fab as well. Food looks amazing too!

There are so many food to choose from and I can say that it is all mouth watering. I don’t drink but I love the look of the cocktails!

Ang ganda naman po dyan and ang sasarap pa ng mga foods sure na sulit na sulit and ang daming pagpipilian pa. Safe pa dito kumain kasi they follow the protocols and sure na delicious ang mga foods ❤️??
