Kumpadres Tapsihan is budget-friendly Al Fresco dining place in Silang, Cavite. They can prove that you don’t need to spend much to have good food!
Generally, I’m really surprised by the generous serving of their food. In this post, I’m going to give you ideas on what food to order at Kumpadre’s Tapsihan.
Tapsilog
Tapa is a cured beef. I think this is the first item on their menu. I love that they have atchara on the side. However, I believe that the tapa can still be more tender.
Beef Pares
Beef Pares is a Filipino braised beef stew with garlic fried rice, and a bowl of soup. I highly recommend this very mouthwatering dish. It’s best consumed warm.
Sisig
Sisig is a Filipino Cuisine with chopped pork and onions. It’s usually topped with egg and served on a hot plate. Whenever I see Sisig on any restaurant menu, I automatically order it. I must say that their sisig didn’t disappoint me.
Breaded Fish Fillet
The breaded fish fillet is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It’s exactly how I want it to be. It also comes with some bean sprouts on the side.
Pork Tonkatsu
The Pork Tonkatsu also tastes good. However, it can be improved if it is more tender.
Burger with Fries
The Burger with fries is just right for a snack. I love their presentation. For the taste, you will get what you paid for.
Unlimited Chicken Wings
Their Unli Wings are available from 5 PM to 9 PM. Customers can enjoy the wings for two hours. Leftovers will be charged.

They have 10 flavors: Barbeque, Buffalo, Buttered, Gravy, Lemon & Parmesan, Teriyaki, Chicken Basil, Lemon Grass with Oyster Garlic, Pandan, and Oyster Garlic.
Among the flavors, I totally recommend the Oyster Garlic!
The owners of Kumpadres Tapsihan are very hands-on. They are the ones who cook and serve the meals. I love how they talk to the customers.
Kumpadre’s Tapsihan is located at 7 Kanluran, Balubad 1st Rd, Silang, Cavite. They are open from 10 AM to 9 PM. On weekends, they are open until 10 PM. As of now, they accept dine-in, take-out, and delivery.
They have an Al Fresco dining set up. Private events like birthday parties are also welcome here. They don’t have WiFi but you’ll be entertained because you can bring your kids and pets here.
