LIST: Where to Buy Korean Fried Chicken in Cavite

Korean Fried Chicken is one of my favorite Korean dishes. It’s more commonly paired with beer. Koreans call it CHIMAEK. It means “Chicken + Maekju”. Since we can’t go to Korea yet, I made this list to help you try some Korean Fried Chicken in Cavite.

1. Chikin Meokja

Location: Barangay Burol 1, Dasmariñas, Cavite

Chikin Meokja offers Korean Style fried chicken. Their best-seller is the “banban set” which has yangnyeom and plain fried chicken. Every set includes 3  free side dishes such as kimchi, radish, and coleslaw.

In addition to the Korean Fried Chicken, they also offer boneless chicken and gizzard. Their price ranges from 399 to 599. You may check out their social media accounts to see the full menu:

We accept Gcash, Paymaya, BPI, BDO, RCBC, and Paypal. COD will only be possible if our rider is available. Thru Lalamove or other 3rd party courier, they can pay the bill for you (abono) and they usually charge additional 50 pesos for it. As we encourage contact less delivery and to avoid the spread of the virus, you can include the delivery fee to your total bill when you send your payment online.

2. Jeon’s Korean Fried Chicken

Location: Hauskon Homes, Barangay Julugan VI, Tanza, Cavite.

Its name is based on my daughter’s (Moira Hernandez) bias in BTS, Jeon Jungkook. My daughter is an avid fan of Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS) and she loves to watch Kdramas. We used her passion for Korean vibes to be able to survive this pandemic. Our chicken is very authentic. It is crispy on the outside while tender and Juicy inside. It is very different to the normal fried chicken that Filipinos had.

Besides the Korean style fried chicken, they also offer other Korean foods like Japchae, Jjajangmyeon, Gimbap, and Tteokbokki.

Jeon’s Korean Fried Chicken is a food delivery service. They deliver around Tanza. If the customer is outside the area, they have the option to pick their orders or meet up with the owners. They accept cash on delivery.

3. King Craves

Location: Hugo Perez Green Forbes City, Trece Martires City, Cavite 

KingCraves is discovered by the idea of passion and food cravings. It doesn’t only focus on one cuisine, but its focus depends upon whatever the cook food-craves at. We take pride in our ability to share our drooling experience on food cravings! This food business is totally inspired by the Korean series Itaewon Class. Although we don’t serve yet the foods just like in “DanBam”, but we got inspired in their philosophy and the idea on how they started their small pub. KingCraves started right after the week we watched the series May 27, 2020.

4. Oppa Dru Korean Fried Chicken

Location: 13 J Ramirez St. Baranggay Zone 1, Dasmarinas City, Cavite

Oppa Dru Korean Fried Chicken says that they have the original Korean Fried Chicken Recipe. Due to the pandemic, they only accept take out, pick up, and delivery.

They also have O-Bites (boneless chicken). It’s available in Honey Sriracha, Yangnyeom Garlic, and Honey Butter. For orders, they are available for in house delivery, Food Panda, MenuGo, Lalamove, and Angkas Padala 24/7 (Cavite). They accept COD and GCash payment.

5. Chick A Minute

Locations: Imus, Cavite | San Andres 1, Dasmariñas, Cavite | Molino V, Bacoor, Cavite | General Mariano Alvarez | Pacita, San Pedro, Laguna

Chick-A Minute offers delicious Chicken Wings & Boneless Chicken that comes with different signature flavors exclusive for Chick-A Minute only. They have a tag lin “Saucy but not Pricey” – they serve you the best quality of chicken at an affordable price. 

We started on April 21, 2020 during ECQ days. And because of the high demands that we are getting &  The consistent 5 stars for Products & Customer service. From a home-based business. We are now have 4 branches here in Cavite & 1 in Laguna.

6. Little Ajumma

Location: Amadeo, Cavite

Little Ajumma is a Korean Delivery based in Amadeo, Cavite. They serve all the Korean Food you’re craving for! One of them is the Soy sauce & Garlic Chicken Pops. They also have Sweet & Spicy Chicken pops.

Their menu is filled with Korean foods that you see on Kdramas. In particular, I totally recommend their Soft Tofu Stew (Soondubu Jiggae), Jjapaguri, and their kimbap! Until now, I’m still eating their kimchi every time I eat.

On my next visit to Korea, I’ll surely go back to BBQ Olive Chicken and eat some of their Yangnyeom Chicken! While we’re still under community quarantine, let’s support local businesses and try their Korean Fried Chicken!
