Top 10 Dishes You Must Try at Domus Restaurant

Domus Restaurant, the Intramuros of Amadeo, is now on its soft opening. Since I’m one of their first customers, I’m going to share with you some of the dishes that I really loved on the Domus Restaurant Menu.

1. Scampi Crostini

Scampi Crostini is a ballerina of prawns, garlic, and white wine. These are bite-sized appetizers that have a lot of flavors that will burst in your mouth.

2. Grilled Pork Belly Sisig Quesadilla

The Grilled Pork Belly Sisig Quesadilla is a fusion of Latin and Filipino Heritage. It comes with savory dips.

3. Caesar Salad

Their Caesar Salad includes hearts of romaine and handmade dressing. I guarantee you that the veggies are fresh and the strips of bacon on top are crispy! This is good for 2 to 3 people.

4. Greek Salad

The Greek Salad contains olives, cucumber, and local water buffalo cheese. I love how all the fresh produces are mixed together! I also like the dressing. This is good for 2 to 3 people.

5. Pork Kare Kare

The Pork Kare Kare includes Pata, veggies, and peanuts. Their ingredients are all from farm to table. What I love about it is that they have another container for the sauce.

For more Filipino dishes, people can also order Pork Trotters (855 pesos), and Lechon Guava Sinigang (645 pesos).

6. Inasal Platter

The Inasal Plater is perfect for those who want heavy meals. It comes with rice! It tastes like the traditional Chicken Inasal.

7. Domus Roasted Chicken

The Domus Roasted Chicken includes maple, butter, and lemon. You may also try the American Barbeque Chicken if you’re into Southern cuisine.

8. Amadeo’s Lava Cake

Amadeo’s Lava Cake is coffee-infused cream and chocolate. It comes with gold flakes! Don’t leave Domus Restaurant without trying this!

9. Choco Coconut Mousse with Caramelized Pistachios

Choco Coconut Mousse with Caramelized Pistachios is a coconut-infused mousse. It is served in a chocolate shell. This dessert is a must-try if you have adventurous taste buds.

10. Mango Cheesecake (Cake of the Day)

The Mango Cheesecake didn’t disappoint me. It tastes just right. I love that it’s not too sweet.

Domus Restaurant also serves soups such as Wild Mushroom Soup (275 pesos) and Roasted Pumpkin Soup (275 pesos). They also have pasta like Gorgonzola & Mushrooms Fettucine (585 pesos), Penne Caldereta (645 pesos), and Seafood Diavalo (675 pesos).

For beef lovers, people can order Callos Madrilena (745 pesos), Ox Tail Kare Kare (755 pesos), Steak Au Poivre (1645), and American Burger (545 pesos). In addition, seafood lovers can try their Grilled Salmon (725 pesos), Seafood Acqua Pizza (755 pesos), and Blue Crab (645 pesos).

I highly recommend Domus Restaurant for an upscale dining experience. Besides the gourmet meals, I am really impressed with the ambiance and the customer service of Domus Restaurant. The owners, Mr. Steve Tamayo & Mr. Alvin Hawak, are really hands-on. They make sure that all the guests are satisfied.
