Perfect U Aesthetic and Wellness Center Review: My Exilis Face and Body Experience

If you’ve been following my wellness journey, you probably know I’m always open to trying non-invasive aesthetic treatments to help me look and feel my best. That’s why I found myself back at Perfect U Aesthetic and Wellness Center for my second visit.

My first experience here was a positive one, especially after trying their EMSlim Super Neo treatment for my stomach, arms, and glutes. Since I saw promising results, I decided to come back and explore another one of their popular services, the Exilis treatment for both my face and stomach.

What is Exilis?

Exilis is a non-invasive treatment that combines radiofrequency and ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen production, tighten the skin, and help reduce stubborn fat. It’s commonly used on the face to improve skin firmness and elasticity, while on the body, it helps contour problem areas over a series of sessions.

One thing I like about Exilis is that there’s no downtime. You can literally go back to your usual activities after the treatment.

My Exilis Face and Stomach Experience

The entire treatment was surprisingly quick. Each area only took around 10 minutes, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Before starting, the staff explained how the treatment works, what I should expect, and how the heat would gradually increase during the session. Throughout the procedure, they kept checking if I was comfortable with the temperature, which I really appreciated. It made me feel that they genuinely cared about my comfort instead of simply rushing through the treatment. The sensation was warm but relaxing, not painful at all.

My Results After the Treatment

Face

After just one session, my face immediately felt smoother and firmer. While collagen remodeling will continue over the next few weeks, I have already noticed that my skin feels tighter to the touch. If your concerns include mild skin laxity, fine lines, or simply wanting a firmer-looking face without surgery, Exilis is definitely worth considering.

Stomach

As for my stomach, I honestly can’t see a significant difference yet, and that’s completely normal. Unlike facial tightening, body contouring treatments usually require multiple sessions before visible results appear. I went into this treatment knowing that consistency is key, so I’m excited to see how my stomach progresses after completing the recommended sessions.

Back for My Second Visit

One reason I returned to Perfect U Aesthetic and Wellness Center is that my first experience left a great impression. Before doing the Exilis treatment, I also had another session of EMSlim Super Neo for my stomach and arms. Since I’ve already seen how effective it has been for me, I decided to continue with my treatment plan while trying Exilis at the same time.

It’s always reassuring to visit a clinic where the staff remembers you, explains every procedure clearly, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout your appointment.

My Overall Experience at Perfect U Aesthetic and Wellness Center

Aside from the treatments themselves, what keeps bringing me back is the overall experience. The clinic is clean, relaxing, and professionally maintained. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and never make me feel pressured into trying additional procedures. Instead, they explain the available treatments and let me decide what best fits my goals. That kind of patient-centered approach makes every visit enjoyable.

Although it’s still too early to judge my stomach results after just one Exilis session, I’m already happy with how my face feels after the treatment. Combined with my ongoing EMSlim Super Neo sessions, I’m looking forward to seeing even better improvements over the next few weeks.

If you’re looking for non-invasive treatments for skin tightening, facial rejuvenation, or body contouring, Perfect U Aesthetic and Wellness Center is definitely worth checking out.

I’ll be sharing more updates as I continue my treatments, so stay tuned for my next progress review!
