Dragon Maki

If I could only eat one food for the whole month, it would be Aozora’s Dragon Maki (Php 385). Beside the presentation, its authentic Japanese taste will really satisfy your cravings. It’s one of the best Japanese food I tried.

Aozora Salad

As what I’ve mentioned in my previous Japanese Restaurant Reviews, I don’t leave a Japanese Restaurant without trying their Kani salads (Php 310)! Like my first visit, I’m totally satisfied with the serving size and the freshness of vegetables used.

Aozora Ramen

Aozora Ramen is unique among all the noodles I’ve tried in Tagaytay. In fact, it’s their signature dish. The Aozora Ramen is enriched with Tagaytay’s bulalo.

Aozora Fried Rice

What I like about Aozora Fried Rice is that it’s rich in flavor. They used sticky rice and added some vegetables to make it really special.

Seafood Yakiniku

If you’re not a fan of red meat, Seafood Yakiniku is one of the best options. It has different kinds of seafood: shrimps, squids, and fish. They are all satisfying.

The ambiance is very minimalist. I love how simple the interior is. The colors are neutral. The chairs and the doors are made of wood. It’s a great place to relax.

  2. This place will be on top of my list once we get back to Tagaytay. Since I am really into Japanese food. The Dragon maki is what I want to try.

  3. Was just in Tagaytay this weekend. Will take note of this resto on our next visit. Sticky rice is what I love most in Asian restaurants.
