I really wish that the price of condo there is the same here. I really wanted to live in an apartment here for safety reasons and of course amenities too but it’s so expensive. How much per unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom ng Sunshine 100?
I’ve always wanted to live in a condo because of the amenities and honestly, also the feeling of security. The location of this one would’ve been perfect for us. However, God has other plans and we’re building a house in a traditional neighborhood in Las Pinas instead.
First reaction: oooh I didn’t know they’re a couple ? love the condo’s location tho and the fact that it has high ceilings! one of the things that make me not consider condo units is the fact that they sometimes make me feel too secluded/no enough breathing space.
