Trece de Fortaleza serves you a Filipino Style Samgyupsal experience. Fortaleza is a Spanish word for Fortress which means strong foundation. Although they have just opened last August 20, 2021, they aim to build a strong foundation in the restaurant industry at Trece Martires City.
Trece de Fortaleza offers three types of unlimited food: Samgyupsal Set, Boodle Set, and Asian Street Food.
Samgyupsal Set
Although the original Samgyupsal is just a pork belly, you can have your choice of meat in Trece de Fortaleza. They have pork, beef, chicken, and shrimp!

The staff are courteous and accommodating. It’s quite easy to call their attention if you need to have a refill. I recommend that you request all the food that you want to be refilled to save time. I also like that they are wearing face masks when serving the customers.

Besides the Filipino Style Samgyupsal, another reason people go here is to take Instagram-worthy pictures. The place is surrounded by plants which are really refreshing to see. I’ve seen a couple of guests taking pictures on the staircase.
Since we are still under a pandemic, Trece de Fortaleza makes sure that the people follow the minimum health safety protocols. They have a form for contact tracing. People also need to have their temperature checked before entering the establishment. In addition, alcohol is also provided.
Globe Network has a weak internet connection inside the place but you can ask them for the password of the WiFi. To further enjoy the meal with your friends, I recommend that you talk to each other and refrain from using your phone. Pretend that it’s 1995! LOL!

I love restaurant in manors, I love the vibe and the idea of Filipino-oriented Samgyup..it looks good. Sarap tingnan ng Boodle set ha, nakakagutom. I checked the sauces agad, importante sa kin yan pag Samgyup hihi. Sana makadayo sa Trece Martires soon.

Awww nakakamiss na talaga magsamgyup! I think it’s kinda pricey compared to others but looking at the many food included in the sets, no wonder! I’d take that boodle set any time.

I like the fusion of Korean food and Filipino traditional dinner ware. It’s good that there are other Asian street food items included in the line up.
This is simple ah pero innovative! Haven’t tried filipino style samgyup pero parang worth a try ah! Hahahaha

Fave ko ang samgyupsal, I like na nilagyan nila ng twists by incorporating Filipino touch. Gusto kong try yung sets nila, lahat mukang masarap. I like that the place is also instagrammable.
