El Puesto is a fusion restaurant located in Indang, Cavite. They serve budget-friendly Mediterranean and Mexican dishes with a twist. They also have Indian, Italian, and even Japanese cuisine.
El Puesto has a wide variety of food. People can try their appetizers, snacks, pasta, and rice meals. They also serve Maki and Sushi.
Appetizers
For appetizers, they have Taco do Rados, Birria Taco, Nacho Al Carbon, and Quesadilla. The price ranges from 109 to 129 pesos only.
Taco do Rados
Taco do Rados are crispy tacos. The name “dorados” translates to “golden” in English, referring to the crispy texture and golden color that the tacos acquire during the frying process. It is filled with ground beef or shredded chicken filling and then pan-fried. This is perfect for meat lovers.
Birria Taco
The Birria Taco is a traditional Mexican dish that originated in the state of Jalisco. It typically consists of tender, slow-cooked meat, traditionally goat meat or beef, that is seasoned with a blend of spices, including dried chili peppers, cumin, cloves, garlic, and other aromatics. The meat is marinated and then slow-cooked until it becomes tender and flavorful. It’s best if you’re going to add a squeeze of lemon and dip them in the flavorful sauce.
Nacho Al Carbon
Nacho Al Carbon is a traditional Mexican Food. It is prepared using grilled or charbroiled meat, typically beef. The term “al carbon” translates to “on charcoal” or “grilled.” The beef toppings are smoky and savory. Besides the generous serving, I really enjoyed this because of the cheese overload!
Quesadilla
A quesadilla is a traditional Mexican dish that consists of a tortilla filled with cheese and other ingredients, folded in half, and then cooked until the cheese melts and the tortilla becomes crispy. The word “quesadilla” is derived from the Spanish word “queso,” which means cheese. This is perfect for people who love cheese!
Snacks
For snacks, they have Burrito Al Pastor, Poutine, and Panzerotti. The price ranges from 129 to 149 pesos.
Burrito Al Pastor
Burrito Al Pastor is a popular street food in Mexico and has gained popularity in various parts of the world. Its distinct taste, thanks to the marinated and roasted pork, sets it apart from other burrito varieties.
Poutine
Poutine is a popular Canadian dish that originated in the province of Quebec. It is a comfort food consisting of three main ingredients: french fries, cheese curds, and gravy. If you want to try something new, you should order this.
Panzerotti
A panzerotti is a type of Italian savory pastry that originated in the region of Apulia in Southern Italy. It is similar to a calzone or a turnover, but smaller in size and typically deep-fried rather than baked. You should order this if you want a heavy snack.
Pasta
They serve two classic Italian Pasta dishes: Aglio Olio and Pomodoro. While both dishes feature garlic and olive oil, the key difference lies in the primary flavor component. Aglio Olio highlights the robust taste of garlic and olive oil, whereas Pomodoro focuses on the vibrant flavors of tomatoes. The Pomodoro of El Puesto has a sweet taste of tomatoes and the spiciness of some herbs. I highly recommend this.
Rice Meal
For rice meals, they have Chicken Biryani, Beef Biryani, and Grilled Pork Chimichurri. The price ranges from 179 to 219 pesos. I’ve tried their tender Chicken Biryani. It’s a bit spicy but I really enjoyed the delicious meal. As a person who doesn’t eat much, I would say that their serving is good for two or even three people. I’ll definitely try the Grilled Pork Chimichurri on my next visit.
All Day Breakfast and Sizzlers
Their all-day breakfast includes unlimited rice, soup, and gravy. People can choose between Tapsilog, Longsilog, Porksilog, Sisilog, and Liempo. The price ranges from 109 to 119 pesos.
Maki/Sushi
They have California Maki, Nori Maki, Tamago Maki, Sushi Crab, Tamago Sushi, and Salmon Sashimi. The price ranges from 99 to 349 pesos. People can also order California Maki Platter (499 pesos) and Assorted Platter (599 pesos).
Drinks
For drinks, they have Lemon Iced Tea, Red Iced Tea, and Cucumber. A glass of drink costs 25 pesos only! You will really need these drinks to complement the spicy dishes.

This humble restaurant has the number 1 Master Chef in Indang – Chef JP Libre. You can enjoy gourmet meals at a price that won’t hurt your pockets. Without a doubt, I would say that you will get more than what you paid for.
My top 3 picks are the Chicken Biryani, Pomodoro Pasta, and the Nachos Al Carbon. I’ll definitely go back here!
