Appetizers

They serve my favorite putok-batok dishes. Baked Tahong is one of their best sellers. It comes with their signature cheese sauce. The plating didn’t disappoint me. It is topped with onion leeks and has lemon slices in the middle.

Their Calamares are also a must-try. I like that it’s crispy and not oily. It comes with chicharap and vinegar sauce on the side.

Last but definitely not least on my list is the Chicharong Bulaklak. I’m on a diet but this is a gratifying cheat meal! They have a generous serving and it goes well with the vinegar sauce. Just like the Calamares, it’s crispy and not so oily.

They also serve Steamed Kangkong, Home Fries, Nachos, and Chicharap for appetizers. They have generous serving, it can be consumed by two to three people.

Soup

The Filipino dining experience isn’t complete without soup! They serve Bulalo and Sinampalukang Manok. They also offer different kinds of Sinigang: Lechon Belly, Bangus, Hipon, and Beef.

Bulalo (460 pesos) – 8/10

Main Course

Akiro Farm Cafe Grill and Restaurant takes pride in its Baby Back Ribs. Customers can also order Crispy Pata, Crispy Binagoongan, Chopsuey with Crispy Bagnet, and Pinakbet with Crispy Bagnet. For seafood lovers, they have Garlic Butter Shrimp and Fried Boneless Bangus.

Their signature menu is the Lechon Belly. I’ll definitely go back to try that. They also have Lechon Kawali, Beef Tapa, Chicken Pandan, and Savory Fried Chicken. The Sizzling Bangus Sisig and Sizzling Pork Sisig will surely solve your cravings.

Stir Fry Kangkong with Tofu (240 pesos) – 9/10

As a person who prefers vegetables, I tried their Stir Fry Kangkong with Tofu. It’s interesting because they used the stem of the Kangkong instead of the leaves. It goes well with rice because it’s really rich in flavor. It will be a bit salty if you won’t pair it with rice. I’ll probably try this again when I go back to eating rice.

Pasta

OMG! You should try their Canton Especial. It’s like vegetables with Pancit Canton. I love how flavorful it is. It comes with sliced pork on top.

They serve different flavors of milk tea and fruit tea! If you want less sugar like me, they have Calamansi Iced Tea, Lemon Cucumber, and Pineapple Juice. Hot Flavored Drip Coffee and Iced Cold Coffee are also available. You can even order a bucket of beer!
