Sexy Meals Central Cavite motivates me to live a healthy lifestyle! I know you already read my week 1 experience. I’m so excited to update you on my experience with them in the last 10 days. Here’s what I ate:

I started the day with Egg Sausage Hash. At first, I thought that the serving size is small but eating them with the sliced bread made me full. What I love about Sexy Meals is that they often use fish instead of pork. My lunch is Fish and Oyster Sauce Rice Toppings and my dinner is Creamy Tomato Fish Pasta. Despite being a delivery food meal, they still value the presentation of the food.

I had a Pulled Chicken Sandwich and nonfat yogurt for breakfast. Eating bread in the morning makes me feel full. I love that it has a tasty and healthy filling. The Fish Sarciado with Red Rice tastes great because of the fresh tomatoes on top! Among the meals I had today, Tuna Sardine Salad is what I like the best! I hope they make more of this on the following days!


My breakfast today is Tinapa Toast with Grilled Onions. It’s really nice to try new food once in a while. The Chicken Menudo and Fish veggies with red rice didn’t disappoint me. It’s my first time to eat menudo without pork.


Today’s breakfast includes Peanut Butter Sandwich. Since I don’t eat Peanut Butter, my sister ate them. She’s really happy to finally try the Sexy Meals. I had Rosemary Chicken with Potatoes for lunch. The Pinoy Style Spaghetti with Chicken Bits made my day. It tastes sweet and the chicken bits add flavor to it. Oh, I love the fruits on the side!


t’s Friday and I’m in the office. Instead of buying unhealthy meals, I brought sexy meals with me! The Hawaiian Chicken Burger is a must-try! I also enjoyed the Fish Fillet and Tofu with Red Rice and the Chao Fan. I ate it all in one seating!

  3. Maganda itong prep meal, hindi kana mag-woirry kung anu kakainin during weekdays. Since this is from Monday to Friday, yung weekends ba are considered cheat day? Pwedeng luto ni Mama!
