Bradley Bedruz of Aliventures: Turning a Passion for Food and Travel Into Stories That Inspire

For Bradley Bedruz of Aliventures, every destination has a story waiting to be told. It could be found in a dish served by a local restaurant, an unfamiliar road leading to a new destination, or an experience that travelers might otherwise overlook. Through Aliventures, Bradley transforms these moments into relatable food and travel stories that encourage his audience to go beyond watching and experience the destinations themselves.

But before Aliventures became his platform for food, travel, and lifestyle content, Bradley was working as a Creative Specialist at All About Cavite. Content creation was already a passion, but starting his own brand was something he had been waiting for the right moment to pursue.

That moment eventually arrived, setting Bradley on a journey that would take him from dreaming about becoming a content creator after his corporate shifts to actually living that dream.

From Creative Specialist to Aliventures

Bradley’s decision to establish his own brand came from seeing the potential of content creation while recognizing that it was something he genuinely wanted to pursue.

“I still vividly remember creating one of my first videos with a voice-over. It reached millions of views, and that’s when my group encouraged me to pursue content creation.”

Despite the video’s success, the identity of his new platform didn’t come instantly. It took Bradley a week or two to settle on a name that represented both himself and the experiences he wanted to share.

The result was Aliventures. The name combines his nickname, Ali, with Ventures, representing his desire to explore food and travel experiences and share those discoveries with others.

What started with a video reaching millions would eventually grow into something much more personal: a platform built around Bradley’s curiosity, experiences, and distinctive storytelling style.

Finding His Voice

Voice-overs have become one of the recognizable elements of Aliventures’ content, but Bradley admits that finding his voice took time. Like many creators starting from scratch, he learned by observing others.

“I started out really as a newbie, and honestly, I didn’t sound that good at first,” he says.

Bradley watched other content creators closely, paying attention to how they delivered their stories. Whenever he had the opportunity, he would also personally approach creators and ask them for advice.

Practice gradually changed everything. “Through continuous practice, I slowly gained the confidence to speak better, sound more natural, and eventually develop my own style.”

It’s a process that reflects one of the realities behind successful content creation: what audiences eventually recognize as a creator’s signature style often comes from experimentation, learning, and countless hours of practice.

Every Destination Has a Story

As a food and travel content creator, Bradley doesn’t necessarily divide destinations into those worth featuring and those that aren’t. For him, the story is already there. The challenge is discovering it.

“I’ve always been excited to discover new places,” he explains. “I love turning those experiences into stories and content, whether it’s about their culture, the food, the adventures we can try, or simply how beautifully unique the place is.”

That philosophy gives Aliventures plenty of possibilities. A destination doesn’t need to be famous to become interesting content. Local culture, memorable food, and unexpected experiences can be enough to keep audiences engaged.

“For me, every destination has a story worth sharing.”

Creating for an Audience Without Losing Authenticity

Social media creators constantly face the challenge of making content people want to watch without allowing algorithms and trends to dictate everything they create. Bradley’s approach is to consider both his own interests and those of his audience.

“I always make sure that the content I create is not only interesting to me, but also relevant and interesting to my followers,” he says.

He particularly enjoys discovering experiences that can help viewers or give them something new to put on their own to-do lists. At the same time, Bradley recognizes that relevance alone isn’t enough. Every Aliventures feature needs to retain the personality audiences associate with him.

“As I continue to grow, I also try to add new flavors, ideas, and styles without losing what makes my content authentically mine.”

For Bradley, successful content exists somewhere between those two priorities: giving audiences something worth watching while making sure the person behind the camera remains recognizable.

Supporting Cavite Tourism Through Collaboration

Among the collaborations Bradley remembers most fondly is his work with MPT South.

The experience gave him opportunities to visit destinations across the South while working alongside established creators. More importantly, it connected him with a community using content to promote and support local tourism, particularly in Cavite.

“I learned so much from that experience, not just about creating content, but also about working with brands and fellow creators,” Bradley shares.

The collaboration showed him that a piece of travel content could accomplish more than views and engagement. By introducing audiences to destinations, creators could encourage people to visit communities and support local businesses.

“It was more than just a campaign for me,” he says. “It was an experience that helped me grow as a content creator and made me realize the impact that our stories can have.”

Why Bradley Chooses Collaboration Over Competition

That emphasis on community also shapes Bradley’s relationship with other creators. Having been active in the Cavite content creator community and involved in initiatives such as CavCon, Bradley sees relationships as an important part of growing within the industry.

“I’ve never really been a fan of competition,” he explains. “For me, as long as I’m creating impactful content and giving my best in everything I do, that already gives me a sense of fulfillment.”

Rather than viewing another creator’s success as a threat, Bradley believes there is space for different voices and styles.

“I believe there’s room for everyone in this industry and we can all grow together.”

Collaboration, he says, creates connections and opportunities while giving creators a chance to learn from one another. It’s an approach he hopes to continue supporting within Cavite’s growing creator community.

The Side of Content Creation Audiences Don’t Always See

Food trips, destinations, and new experiences can make being a travel creator look glamorous. Behind the finished videos, however, is an investment of both time and money. As his platform grew, Bradley realized that presenting himself professionally was becoming another part of the job.

“I’ve learned to invest in the clothes, equipment, and other gear that I use for my shoots,” he says.

Those expenses can accumulate quickly, particularly for someone producing content regularly. Planning, traveling, filming, and maintaining the tools needed for production also demand time that viewers rarely see in the finished product. Bradley has learned to treat those costs as investments in his development.

“At the end of the day, I genuinely love what I do, and that makes all the effort worth it.”

The Aliventures Videos That Define His Style

If someone were discovering Aliventures for the first time, Bradley has two videos he’d recommend.

The first is a Binondo, Manila feature created in collaboration with MPT. It combines two of Bradley’s favorite things: travel and food. The video doesn’t simply feature what to eat in Binondo. It also shows viewers the routes they can take to reach the area, turning the content into both an experience and a practical guide.

His other favorite follows a three-day, two-night trip to Baguio City. Rather than treating Baguio simply as a collection of attractions, Bradley documented the complete experience, including where they went, what they did, and, naturally, what they ate. Both illustrate what Bradley wants Aliventures to accomplish.

“More than just showing a place, I want my content to make people feel like they’re experiencing the journey with me and hopefully inspire them to visit these places themselves.”

From Watching Vloggers After Work to Living His Dream

Perhaps the biggest transformation Aliventures created happened not on social media, but in Bradley’s own life. Content creation eventually took him away from the corporate world and into what he now considers his dream job. Before that happened, however, Bradley was on the other side of the screen.

“I still remember how, before and after my shift, I would watch vloggers and get inspired by what they were doing,” he recalls. “I would often think, ‘I want to do this someday.’”

It wasn’t merely a passing thought. Bradley says his housemate witnessed how often he envisioned himself living that kind of life. Now, he is.

Content creation has introduced him to different people, taken him to new destinations and given him opportunities to experience things he might not otherwise have encountered. It has also changed the way he looks at ordinary experiences, constantly searching for the stories they might contain.

“Looking back, it’s amazing to realize that something I used to simply imagine after work has now become my reality.”

What Bradley Bedruz Wants Aliventures to Be Remembered For

Bradley’s ambitions for the next five years aren’t defined solely by follower counts, views, or viral videos.

He wants Bradley Bedruz and Aliventures to become known for supporting local businesses, promoting tourism, and consistently producing positive, meaningful content. He hopes viewers will be able to say that something they saw on Aliventures convinced them to explore, travel, taste unfamiliar food, or discover a destination they might otherwise have missed. More importantly, Bradley wants that influence to extend to the communities and businesses appearing in his stories.

“If my content can inspire someone to visit a place, support a local business, or simply step out of their comfort zone and experience something new, then I feel like I’ve already made an impact.”

That goal brings the story of Aliventures back to where it began.

A creative specialist made a voice-over video. Millions watched it. Friends encouraged him to keep creating. He spent the next week or two finding the right name for a page dedicated to the things he loved. Today, those ventures are no longer something Bradley simply imagines after work. They have become his story.

And through Aliventures, Bradley Bedruz is inviting everyone else to come along for the journey.
