This unique experience allowed selected Ka-Biyaheros to rediscover Manila through a seamless blend of history, interactive exhibits, and local flavors—all just a quick and easy drive from Cavite via CAVITEX.
A VIP Cultural Experience
Three lucky winners, along with their chosen guests, were selected through an online raffle on Biyaheng South’s Facebook page. They joined influencers on a journey to some of Manila’s most iconic landmarks, offering them a fresh perspective on the city’s cultural heritage and modern attractions.
First Stop: Intramuros – A Walk Through History
The adventure began at Intramuros, just an hour’s drive from Cavite via CAVITEX. The Intramuros Heritage Tour started at Palacio del Gobernador, a historic Spanish-era building near Manila Cathedral, setting the stage for a trip back in time.

Participants then boarded the Tranvia, a charming electric streetcar that evoked Manila’s early 20th-century rail transport, offering a nostalgic ride through Intramuros’ cobblestone streets.

Highlights of the tour included:
- Fort Santiago – A centuries-old citadel that once served as a military stronghold and the final prison of Dr. José Rizal. Inside, visitors explored
- Museo ni Rizal, gaining insights into the national hero’s life and works. Museo de Intramuros – Located at Centro de Turismo, this museum houses a remarkable collection of religious artifacts and colonial-era art, showcasing Spanish influence on Philippine culture.
- Baluarte de San Diego – One of the oldest stone fortifications in Intramuros, offering scenic views of the historic walled city.
- Casa Manila – A beautifully reconstructed Spanish colonial home, allowing guests to experience the elegance of 19th-century Filipino life.
The tour ended with a delightful Filipino lunch at Barbara’s Heritage Restaurant, where guests enjoyed authentic local cuisine, making the experience even more immersive.
Second Stop: Space & Time Cube PH – A Modern Digital Wonderland
From history to innovation, the tour continued at Space & Time Cube PH at S’Maison, Pasay—an interactive art space that fuses technology, creativity, and immersive storytelling.

This multi-sensory attraction captivated participants with its dynamic light displays, futuristic soundscapes, and interactive exhibits, offering a stark yet fascinating contrast to the historical charm of Intramuros.
Third Stop: Food Wanderer x Lakbay Museo – A Feast for the Senses
The final destination was Food Wanderer x Lakbay Museo at Ayala Malls Manila Bay, a multi-sensory food and culture museum that brings the Philippines’ rich culinary heritage to life.

Visitors explored:
- Life-sized food displays representing various Filipino delicacies.
- Recreations of traditional markets and kitchens, providing a deep dive into the country’s diverse culinary traditions.
- An interactive tasting experience, allowing guests to sample iconic Filipino treats.
The Instagram-worthy setups made this stop both fun and educational, concluding the day’s journey on a high note.
