Things to Do at The Excelsior Hotel

The Excelsior Hotel is one of the best hotels I tried in the Metro. In fact, I have already stayed there twice. In this post, I’m going to share with you some activities you can enjoy during your stay at the hotel.

1. Enjoy the comfortable beds in the Deluxe Room

Besides the comfortable beds, I actually love that they have a space where I can work. It’s very convenient to work there because of the fast internet connection. In addition, their bathroom has complimentary toiletries. Everything I need is there.

It’s a smoke-free hotel. You’ll have to pay a 10,000 pesos cleaning fee if you get caught smoking/vaping. There’s a Designated Smoking Area in The Courtyard.

2. Drink a cup of coffee at Cafe Excelsior

The Cafe Excelsior is very cozy. It’s the first thing you’ll see when you enter the hotel. I think it’s a great place to meet up with your friends and family.

3. Break a sweat at the Fitness Gym

Their fitness gym has a lot of state-of-the-art equipment. It’s actually nice to use the treadmill while enjoying the view from the outside.

4. Have a body massage at the Excelsior Spa

A relaxing body massage is the best way to end your busy day. The Excelsior Spa will open very soon! It’s something that I really look forward to.

5. Eat hearty food at Buffet Gourmand

The Excelsior Hotel offers a complimentary breakfast. Guests can choose between Western Breakfast, Continental Breakfast, and Filipino Breakfast. The breakfast menu is available from 7 AM to 11 AM.

Their food is so good, you don’t need to leave the hotel premises to eat. I’m totally satisfied with their a la carte dishes. Outside food and drinks can be brought and consumed inside the rooms only.

6. Party at Sky Sports Pub

The Sky Sports Pub is the place to go if you want to party on a Friday night! They serve great-tasting meals and cocktails. On weekends, they invite different personalities to perform. Be sure to check out their Facebook Page for updates. Besides the billiards table, they also have couches and VIP rooms.

7. Celebrate an event in their function room

They have four function rooms: Peony Function Room (400 sqm), Orchid Function Room (200 sqm), Mimosa Function Room (64 sqm), and Tulip Function Room (64sqm). These function rooms are perfect for big and small events. In addition, they also have The Courtyard. It is the first and largest outdoor hotel event space in the South of Metro Manila. It is 2400 sqm that is surrounded by tall palm trees.

8. Have a private meeting in their conference room

They have two conference rooms that can be combined to hold a larger group. Each room has a smart TV and glass whiteboard. In addition, they also have smaller meeting rooms for intimate meetings.

9. Enjoy the swimming pool

Kids and kids at heart will enjoy the swimming pool. It’s clean and spacious. Guests should grab this opportunity and enjoy the swimming pool on a sunny day!
