Here’s my second blog post about the Tiffany Circle Challenge. As much as possible, I try to live by the Tiffany Wellness Guidelines.
Day 2 – Do at least 20 minutes of exercise.
It’s a Friday. On Fridays, I’m either in Manila or Las Pinas office. Yup, I still go to the office once a week. Although I wasn’t able to do HIIT exercises, I did walk from my house to the bus stop. That’s 20 minutes of exercise. LOL!
Day 3 – Take 10 deep breaths, three times per day.
It’s my graduation day pictorial! So many things happen in our lives every day and it is really easy to feel overwhelmed. Taking deep breaths once in a while decreases our stress levels and increases our calmness.
Day 4 – Dress up in a way that makes you feel good.
I started the day with some exercises. I really feel good whenever I’m wearing my activewear. Then, I went to Glamourify Wellness Spa. I’ve tried some of their services like Signature Hand Spa, Signature Foor Spa, and Full Body Scrub with a massage. Yup! I take self-care seriously.
Day 5 – Eat your fruits and veggies.
I’m super guilty of not eating fruits and vegetables every day. The good thing is that they serve some potatoes and tropical fruits at Hotel Monticello.
