I finally finished the #ChloetingChallenge! As usual, I’m going to give you updates on my fitness progress. If you’re interested to know if this challenge worked for me, read more about my #ChloetingChallenge Review.
Day 10
Duration: 47 minutes
On the tenth day, I did EP1 [Do This Everyday To Lose Weight], EP2 [2 Weeks Ab Workout Challenge], EP 3 [Lower Body Burn Workout], and EP4 [Tight Core & Abs Workout]. It’s quite hard for me because Day 9 is a rest day. It’s like starting all over. LOL.
If you’ve been an avid reader of my blog, you’ll know that I’m not a fitness blogger. I’m actually a travel and lifestyle blogger. Quarantine time made me exercise. It makes me feel that I’m productive. If you’ve planning on a project or whatever hobby that you want to try, stop wishing and start doing!
Day 11
Duration: 23 minutes
On the eleventh day, I did only EP1 and EP2. To be honest, it felt really easy because my body got used to long exercise already.
Don’t let the tough situations interfere with your goals. Life is tough but so are you. You are bigger than your problems.
Day 12
Duration: 45 minutes
On the twelfth day, I did EP1, EP2, EP3, and the 11 Line Abs. I almost gave up on the 12th day. It was a very busy day. I wasn’t able to do the my morning routine. I finished working at 9 PM.
Since I don’t want to give up on the challenge, I exercised late at night. To be honest, it’s not a good experience. I was so sleepy and has a low energy. I even skipped the 11 Line Abs workout because my body was so tired, I just wanna have a shower and sleep.
Day 13
Duration: 33 minutes
On the thirteenth day, I did EP1, EP2, and the [11 Line Abs].
By this time, I know that my body works best in the morning. I did all the exercise and had some chat with friends. I’m really glad that they are inspired to do the same. They keep on seeing my updates on Instagram so they started to try it as well!
Day 14
Duration: 47 minutes
On the last day, I did EP1, EP2, EP3, and EP4. I can’t believe I completed the challenge! I’m not quite satisfied with the results but I expected this. Muscle building takes time and two weeks is not enough to be super fit. I’m planning to do more exercises after this.
