Augusto “Jhon” Pera Jr. is the third on the list of candidates for the provincial governor position in Cavite. Let’s get to know more about him.

Who is Augusto Pera Jr?

Mr. Augusto Pera Jr. is an ordained bishop. He served as pastor for 20 years and a bishop for 5 years. In addition, he also works as a youth advocate. He also conducts youth leadership and youth empowerment programs in the Philippines. Besides his mission works, Mr. Pera is also an entrepreneur.

Kabitenyo ako dahil pinili ako ng Diyos mula sa lahi ng mga matatapang, matatalino at mahuhusay. May takot sa Diyos. Busilak ang kalooban. Mabuti at matino. May dangal at dignidad. Tumatayo sa tama at mabuti. May prinsipyo at  nagsusulong ng tunay pagbabago para sa kapakinabangan ng taong bayan.

In terms of education, he took BS Marine Transporation in Philippine Merchant Marine School (PMMS). Then, he studied Theology and Missionology at Bethlehem Missionary School in Iloilo City. Mr. Pera has a Master’s degree in Public Administration. He finished his degree at International Bible Baptist College in Davao City. Lastly, he is an Honorary Awardee of a degree in Doctor of Humanities.

He claims to be from a clan of legitimate Cavitenos. His dad is Augusto “August” Dimaisip Pera SR. and his mom is Epitancia “Tancing” Pakingan Alegro.

Recently, a news article (Teenage boys rob, slay Taguig trader) from PhilStar was sent to me. Here’s his statement about it: “That was 20 yrs ago, the grandmother of that girl talked to me and beg for help, she was worried and feared for her granddaughter. So I decided to help. We planned and executed for the salvation of the girl from the hands of her father who had an intention to sell or pay back to an old man na pinagkakautangan nya sa Sorsogon. After that, the family treated me as a hero po.”

Interview Questions:

1. Why are you running as a governor?

When I was young, I had a dream. In that dream, God was talking to me and He said, “My son be prepared because one of these days, I will put you as governor of this Province of Cavite.” So I can’t believe it but nothing can stop that revelation. I don’t know if this is the right time. Importantly, I joined now for this local election in 2022.

2. What are your platforms?

3. What is the biggest problem in Cavite and what are you going to do to solve it?

Evil Government! By God’s grace, I will change it to a True Divine Government.

4. What makes you stand out from other candidates?

I am a servant of the highest God, my strength and light belong to Him; I will use and share it for the benefits of my beloved Cavitenos that bring glory to Jesus.

5. How can Cavite recover from the pandemic? What are your plans for low-income households?

As for me, this is not a pandemic instead a plandemic.  We can easily solve it, we will inform people with complete and reliable evidence. They shall know the truth and the truth shall prevail.  For sure, oppression and depression shall be neither diminished nor gone.

6. What current programs in Cavite do you intend to continue, improve on or discontinue?

I think I will continue the good programs and disclose the bad but for sure total reformation is necessary in order to establish our heavenly vision, stable platforms, humanitarian programs, and world-class projects.

7. Who are you going to vote for President? Why?

I will choose and vote for Gen. Robert P. Navarro because he is only the best option for the office of the president for the upcoming 2022  national election.

Mahal kong mga kabitenyo, pahalagahan natin ang ating dangal. Ipaglaban natin ang ating mahal na probinsya at itaguyod natin ang kinabukasan ng ating mga anak at mga kabataan. Pumili ng tamang iboboto at susuportahan. Wag ibebenta ang iyong boto. Mahalaga ka at ang iyong tamang desisyon.

Andito po ako, Inaalay ko po ang aking buhay sa Diyos at sa inyong lahat. Subukan ninyo po akong piliin. Paglilingkuran ko po kayo, gagawin ko ito para sa Diyos at sa inyong kapa-kinabangan at kapakanan.
