Filipina Homebased Moms ended this fruitful year by attending the FHMoms Coachella Party! Last December 7, 2019, Max’s Restaurant Sucat was filled by beautiful Filipina homebased moms. In this post, I’ll give you the highlights of the event.
Who are the FHMoms?
FHMoms stands for Filipina Homebased Moms. FHMOms is the first and the biggest parenting, freelancing, and entrepreneurship community for Filipino moms. It is dedicated to help all Filipina moms out there who are aspiring to work from home through skills training, apprenticeship program, and events.
So what happened at FHMoms Coachella Party?
Exhibitors prepared awesome booths not also for the mommies but also for the kids. Face Painting, Inflatable Playground, and Photo booth are some of the attractions.
There are also booths to pamper the moms like the Mary Kay and NWorld. I myself tried the pampering and had a great time!
The program is really informative. First, some moms shared some inspirational talks about their success. Second, speakers from various companies came to introduce their products and services that can help the FHMoms. Nature Bond, Olivia App, EON PH, Converge, and PCI Tech Hub are some of the sponsors who gave some educational talks. Third, they invited some guests like Mary Deanna, Jennicel Foronda and
Karissa Javier to talk about employer’s point of view.
Mommies enjoyed the fun games, intermission numbers, and of course the raffles! Everyone really made time to prepare for the FHMoms Coachella Party.
Cavmoms showcased their baby wearing dance. Tiffany, Elsa and Anna performed some songs too. The children really had fun watching them.
Many moms got starstruck when they saw the FHMoms Trainers. They are actually from different places in the Philippines. Some of them traveled so far to attend the event.
Special awards like the best dressed, early birds, best in makeup, and many more were given to the attendees. The highlight of the awarding is the raffle for the grand prize. A brand new laptop was given to a lucky mom!
Thoughts about FHMoms Coachella
I’m not yet a mom but I definitely enjoyed the party. I was able to take home some freebies, and to meet Filipina Homebased Moms from different parts of the country. I’d like to be an official FHMom in the near future!
I’d like to thank Ms. MK for inviting me. I first met her at LinkedIn Local Cavite event. It’s really nice to keep your network growing.
Lastly, a major shout out to the volunteers, sponsors, and exhibitors who made this event successful!
