#ChloetingChallenge (Day 6 to 9)

I’m now on my second week of the #ChloetingChallenge! If you haven’t read my previous post yet, I recently took the challenge to have a better body. This means that I should spend some time in doing workouts every day. In this post blog post, I’m going to show you my fitness progress.

Day 6

Duration: 35 minutes

On the sixth day, I did EP1 [Do This Everyday To Lose Weight], EP2 [2 Weeks Ab Workout Challenge] and EP 3 [Lower Body Burn Workout]. The exercises are easier now. I guess, my body is getting used to it.

Do something today that your future self will thank you for.

Day 7

Duration: 45 minutes

On the seventh day, I did EP1, EP2, EP4 [Tight Core & Abs Workout] and the 11 Line Abs. I’m glad that my body is responding well on the exercises. If you’re feeling unmotivated, you may browse Instagram and search for the hashtag #ChloetingChallenge. You’ll see people posting their fitness progress too.

Keep your squats low and standards high.

Day 8

Duration: 38 minutes

On the eighth day, I did EP1, EP2, and EP3. Since I’m really soaked in sweat, I also did the optional Ariana Grande Abs workout. It’s just three minutes and quite easy to do. In the end, you’ll still feel sore in your abs.

Sweat. Smile. Repeat.

Day 9

Today is the last rest day of the #ChloetingChallenge. This means that I have five days straight workout starting tomorrow. It’s challenging but I’m really looking forward to see positive results.

Does this mean that my next blog post will be after five days? I hope not! I am so busy these days, I don’t have time to update my blog. Anyway, I just started using Pinterest last week. I hope you can also follow me there: https://www.pinterest.ph/travelwithkarla/.

I don’t see any significant differences between my abs from Day 6 to Day 8. I’m not expecting much to be honest. I know that muscle building takes time. Anyway, I’m in my late 20’s and in the near future, I know that having a great body will be challenging for me.

I’ve been reading lots of comments from mothers on my Facebook and Instagram that they don’t have time to exercise because of too many chores. How about you? Do you think it’s possible to include exercise in the daily routines of people in their 30’s?

  1. I’m on my second month of working out, and to be honest, it’s the diet talaga that made more difference in terms of losing excess pounds. The exercise is really to keep the blood going and circulating, and physically, for toning and firming.

  2. Wow. For bloggers like us who are often invited to food events and stuck at home now for “ECQ cooking”, this fitness goal is something worthy to look forward to.

What are the struggles you’ve encountered when you started this? I’m sure it was not really easy in the beginning — but how did you manage to continue? Looks like the workouts are intense. Sana kayanin ko din. haha.

  3. I’m in my 40s, lol… Pano naman! But seriously, I admire your determination on this, ha. Maybe pag ginawa mo ngang public ang challenge, mas determined ka ano? I should be inspired by your discipline!

  4. Good job, Ms. Karla! Yung sana sapian ako ng espiritu ng kasipagan para magawa kong mag-exercise. Pag-eexercise talaga ang matagal na gusto kong gawin pero di ko magawa dahil laging tinatamad.

  5. I think people on the 30’s can still do extensive workout routines, but it depends to their capacity. Well, I guess they can do Zumba instead? A form of workout na din, what do you think miss karla?

  6. Ang galing! How intense are the drills exactly? Looking at your Day 6 & Day 8 photos – mukhang nag-shed ka lalo na sa lower abdomen. Lurve it! Keep it up! Medjo embarrassing but I’m not familiar with #chloetingchallenge (primitive, I know haha!). I’d definitely check this out. ?

  7. I have been following your progress Karla on Instagram and sobrang amazed ako na ambilis naging visible ng 11 line abs sayo altho sakin lumabas naman after 4th day din. Pero sobrang bilib ako sa consistency kasi ako nga, hanggang 9th day lang 🙂 And it’s been almost a week since my last workout. I feel like I have to do it all over again.

  8. I’m taking baby steps on my “Balik Alindog” program lol. Mahirap talaga kapag may toddler. So gumigising ako ng maaga para makapag exercise alone. Just thought of exercising with my son, baka magustuhan din niya, I also play Just Dance in PS4 nakakaburn din ng fats ang dancing. Looking forward na matapos mo yung challenge. Ang sipag mo!

  9. Good job! Consistency is the key! Looking forward to the day you complete this challenge! I’m sure the result will be fantastic! ??????

  10. I already completed the Chloe Ting Flat Tummy Challenge. And now I’m on my 2nd day of Summer Shred Challenge. Hopefully I can finish this challenge too!

  11. Yep had to check your previous blog so I can follow this #chloetingchallenge. Amazing short vids 15-30mins only and you can lose weight wow!

  12. Effective! You’ll be the next fitness influencer in the Philippines! I like that this workout is something you can do just at home.

  13. I have been wanting to try this workout but I have been giving myself more time to come up with excuses than a chance to help myself get fit. This might just be the push I needed to really start. Looking forward to more of your blog posts!

  14. Wow, I saw your post last time and I can also notice the difference. I know how hard it is to be consistent in doing exercises but you’ve proven your hard work. Can’t wait to see the result of when you have finally finished your goal. Thanks for being an fitspiration to everyone.

    1. Girl, you’re look fiiiiire. Nakakainspire din tuloy magkaroon ng abs. Huhuhu. I want na din, but I feel like I’m just getting lazier and lazier as time goes by. Huhuhuhu.

  15. It really takes much courage and determination to get to the goal. I love the progress sayo girl! Galing ng consistency mo and sa food din siguro 🙂 hehe push pa!

  16. My alternative exercise is planking. Since I am honestly lazy on doing impact exercises, I chose this. There is an instance that I did it while reading an article. It helped me to focus more on maintaining the good posture.

  17. I exercise not because I am free to do it but because I have and I must take care of my body. I used to find excuses for not exercising and the more I do that, the more it takes away an opportunity to stay young and healthy. I use BBG app for workouts. I am glad that Chloe Ting inspired you to workout:)
