Cheesecake Medley Recipe by Renell Pacrin

Hello cheesecake lovers!  I have recently tried to make cheesecake, my favorite blueberry flavor in particular.  It has been ages since I have dreamt to bake cheesecake.  I have browsed so many recipes and checked different kinds of flavors which I find deliciously mouthwatering.  And at the same time quite costly considering the ingredients.

What intrigues me most is the twelve-flavor cheesecake.  For an amateur baker like me, this twelve-flavor cheesecake is a huge challenge.  So I have started from the basics and used the simplest and inexpensive recipe that I have found in the search engine.

I have made a no-bake blueberry cheesecake, then strawberry, mango, and Oreo.  We all love it!  The sweetness, creaminess, and cheesiness level are just perfect for me and my family.  One of my nephews suggested making the crust with a bit of taste of saltiness.  One of my nieces requested a two-in-one flavor with an Oreo crust.

Cheesecake became our regular dessert unlike before it is only for special occasions.  There are times when I haven’t tried to bake cheesecake yet, I just buy a slice of blueberry cheesecake to satisfy my cravings.  Now I can say that there is a significant distinction between the slice I used to buy in a cafe and my homemade blueberry cheesecake.  Though I still have to improve the texture and presentation, it is the taste that makes it very satisfactory for me.

After trying the basics, the twelve-flavor cheesecake is still on my mind.  Why not try a medley?  A cheesecake with a half dozen flavors/toppings that you can taste in each slice instead of a single flavor per slice.  I made a cheesecake medley with the following toppings/flavors – mango, strawberry, blueberry, Oreo, crushed mixed nuts (Cashews, Almonds, Pecans, Pistachios, Hazelnuts), and mini-mini marshmallows.  These are the available ingredients at home, leftovers, which are just perfect to give assorted flavors in every single slice.

My cheesecake medley is worth a try, so long twelve-flavor!
