Radio Frequency Treatment
The Radio Frequency Treatment uses RF energy to heat and reduce fat. It is used to tighten the lax skin. In addition, it can also be used for wrinkle reduction, cellulite improvement, and body contouring.
In my experience, I didn’t feel any pain at all. The devices were attached to my abdomen for 30 minutes. I got a little bit sweaty but that’s all the effect I’ve noticed.

Ultra Cavitation Treatment
Ultra Cavitation is a simple procedure that relies on sound waves to flush fat from the body instead of intensive surgery. This process heats and vibrates the layer of fat cells below the skin’s surface. The pressure eventually causes the fat cells to liquefy and release their contents into the bloodstream.
Do you know that they use the same gel ultrasound gel they use for babies? LOL. Now I know how it feels! It feels cold! I didn’t feel any heat or pain at all. Actually I just hear some buzzing sounds throughout the treatment.

Laser Lipo
Laser lipolysis is a minimally invasive procedure that uses heat from fiber-optic lasers at various wavelengths to melt body fat. It is not done to remove fat cells, but to shrink them. The laser energy penetrates down to the fat cells and creates tiny holes in their membranes. This causes the fat cells to release their stored fatty acids, glycerol, and water into the body and then shrink, potentially resulting in lost inches. The body then flushes out the expelled fat-cell contents via the lymphatic system or burns them for energy.
Among the three treatments I’ve experienced, this one is the most painful. Pain level is just 5 over 10 but I really felt the heat and the pressure. The treatment lasted for 20 minutes only.

Not going to lie Karla, I have the same problem as you…I LOVE TO EAT especially as a travel blogger. I mean when in Rome who doesn’t want to do as the Romans and eat giant bowls of Pasta and lasagna and pizza and calzones and gelato and wine and and and and….haha But seriously I think it is so cool (pardon the pun) that you have tried different dermacare slimming treatments. I have only heard of the Cryolipolysis, known as Cool Sculpt Treatment since a doctor near our home here in New Orleans also offers it. I may have to avoid the laser lipo for the pain factor. Just sign me up for more hiking and gym time cause I hate medical pain!

I’ve only heard of the radio frequency treatment, didn’t know about others. Though personally, I think losing weight naturally is the best method so far since we don’t know what the side effects of this may be. Even if there isn’t any now, we can’t tell what could happen in 10 or 20 years.

Looks like those treatments are reasonably priced and are safe to undergo. Still, having cosmetic procedures remains a last resort for me. ?

Damn, I didn’t know that slimming treatments are so pricey!!! It is a good thing that I have workouts that are fun to do, haha. But if you really don’t have time to exercise, then it might be okay to pay for your beauty maintenance. ?
I never new lipo has so many options. I would really benefit with this so that I don’t have to do cardio so much at the gym and there are like fats in my body that’s really hard to remove. Iy would be so much easier to get it out na. Hahaha. Thanks for sharing!!!
