Sangguniang Kabataan Projects during Pandemic

Sangguniang Kabataan Projects during Pandemic – What is the role of the youth organizations during this pandemic? Are they still relevant? Since we can’t do the previous Sangguniang Kabataan Projects due to the pandemic, we need some alternatives. This blog post will provide suggestions on how to help the youth during this pandemic.

Here are the nine categories of projects according to Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP):

  1. Health
  2. Education
  3. Economic Empowerment
  4. Social Inclusion and Equity
  5. Peace Building and Security
  6. Governance
  7. Active Citizenship
  8. Environment
  9. Global Mobility

SK Projects and Activities during the Pandemic

1. Health

Health our number one priority during this pandemic. Since we can’t have face to face gatherings, people can attend webinars instead.

This will help a lot for our people especially those projects about health and education. A lot of students are adjusting in their studies during this new normal and all of us are worrying about our health too. That’s why I believe that this is really perfect to have a project like this.
