Fast Breakfast Food Services only have one menu but they change it per season. They note all dietary restrictions during order taking.

The main dish includes Hungariang Cheese Sausage, Ranch Corned Beef, Farm Eggs (scrambled, omelet, or sunny side up, and sautéed vegetables (mushroom and cherry tomato). On the side, there’s a bowl of cereals with milk and a pastry.

In addition, they also have tropical fruit platter, sparkling/mineral water, cold juice, warm coffee or tea, and a personalized card.

All hot food are safely packed and plated on the location. I really felt that I am in a 5-star restaurant while devouring their breakfast in bed.

The woman behind this is Ms. Lyka Bontogon. She is a Filipina hotelier who used to work in Five Star Resort Hotels in Singapore, Macau, and in Palawan. In fact, she’s a certified “Basic Food Safety for Food Handlers” and “Food Safety Compliance Officer”.  She’s specifically in-charge with the Food and Beverage Department.

I observed that yung service na fine dine breakfast wala pa sa market kaya I asked my 6 years old son that time (2019) , if he wanted a breakfast on bed. Na excite sya and sabi nya parang nasa hotel mommy yung tray so the idea started coming out. Yung son ko talaga yung nag open ng ideas sa mind ko to come up with five star hotel set-up.

In addition, one of her advocacies is to help the people with disability. Some of their staff are handicapped, deaf, and mute. It’s great to know that there are people who give job opportunities to PWD.

We wanted a breeze service. The privacy of the customer is one of our top priority. All the concern, instructions, preference will be communicated during the ordering process. Of course we wanted to give a job opportunity to PWD.
