Vivaldi Park Ski World

Vivaldi Park Ski World is one of the Korean Drama Filming Locations that I really enjoyed visiting. It’s totally a must visit!

Korean Drama Location

Heo Joon Jae (Lee Min Ho) and Sim Cheong (Jun Ji Hyun) were here! It was featured in Legend of the Blue Sea Episode 6.

I went there with this lovely couple. We used the free shuttle bus located in front of Lotte Hotel Myeongdong. There are three locations where you can catch the free shuttle bus:

  • 7:30 – Hongik University Station Exit 8
  • 8:00 – Lotte Hotel Myeongdong
  • 8:30 – CALT, Samseong Station

There is a tour guide inside the bus. Upon arriving, you’ll be asked to choose a package. Since my friends know how to snowboard/ski, I chose the package without tutorials.

I chose the 79,000 won package. It includes equipment rental and ski suit rental. The ski suit doesn’t include the ski gloves so I had to buy it for 10,000 won. It was on sale at that time.

The experience was fun and painful! I can’t count how many times I fell. Believe it or not, I had to endure 3 days of body pain. I went to the sauna the next day to relax my muscles. I strongly suggest that you put this in the 2nd to the last day of your itinerary.

The shuttle bus leaves at exactly 6:00 so you better be there around 20-30 minutes before the trip to secure a seat.
