Earlier this month, my family tried Niu by Vikings. We are so excited we even dressed up for it! It’s one of the best buffet restaurants in Manila. In this post, I’m going to show you the food they serve during weekends.

Appetizers

This is just a one-fourth of the salad bar. Imagine how big it is!

If you don’t like salads, you make have these churros, chocolate lave, and pudding.

Main Course

It’s not everyday that you get a chance to eat a lamb.

They also have turkey, lechon, and Angus beef.

You may also ask them to grill some pork, lamb, and chicken.

They even have roasting station!

International Cuisine

Just choose the ingredients and they’ll deliver the hotpot in your table.

You may try the different dips from various countries in Asia.

They have many dumplings but my favorite is Hakaw!

They also have different types of skewers.

Desserts

Who would say no to Gelato?

Snacks

They have Shawarma and gourmet sandwiches.

They also have Filipino snacks like bibingka and puto bumbong beside their crepe station.

Drinks

They serve alcoholic beverages. To be specific, they have wines, draft beer, and imported alcoholic drinks!

They also serve tea, and fruit juices. They have even have Tamarind Juice!

My grandmother’s birth month is last February. We ate at Cabalen that time because my the family isn’t complete. Although, the birthday discount doesn’t apply now, the staff generously gave a complimentary chocolate mousse for my grandmother.
